All of our install and breakdown engineers are Gas Safe Registered and are employed directly by Plumbing Wise. We do not simply sub-contract work out. Each one is individually provided with an electronic PDA (linked to the central server) which provides them with the time and job location and a description of the works to be done, improving their efficiency and customer service to you.

Furthermore, our customers can be safe in the knowledge that we are fully insured with Public Liability of up to £2million and with Employees Liability of up to £5million.

Our charges are as transparent as we can possibly make them so as to avoid any unnecessary surprises, with our standard hourly rate being £65 for the first 2 hours and £32.50 thereafter during normal working hours (evening and weekend prices may vary). Additionally it is important to note, there are no call out charges, other than the time spent actually undertaking the job. Additional charges will be applied for the supply of parts and materials as needed and these will be clearly laid out on the invoice you receive.

For larger works, we will also happily provide you with a free, no obligation estimate. The quotation that we send you will be clear and concise relating to all the aspects of the works that is needed.

We accept many types of payment, ranging from cheque, cash or BACS and provide timely full written quotations and invoices.
