Now that’s a pleasant surprise!

I’ve recently been in contact with Andy to arrange a service for my boiler.

There was nothing fancy in the request, just a service.

But it is always a reassuring feeling when you have an appointment booked that the tradesman doing the service appears and appears on time.

9 o’clock on the dot and Andy arrived.

The service was done professionally and Andy made sure I understood what was involved in the process and that I personally saw the result of the gas meter testing. In fact after he was done, he even swept up some dust and debris that was in the boiler cabinet. Now that’s a pleasant surprise!

I could not recommend Plumbing Wise more for being reliable, fast and efficient and for providing a great service. I will certainly be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs any type of heating or plumbing service.

Plumbing Wise – Heating & Plumbing Services

Just before winter started in earnest it wise to have our central heating system serviced to keep our clients warm during their visits.

I called Andy from Plumbing Wise and he was able to come after clinic hours in the evening, he gave an exact quote and booked it in for the following week.

He arrived on the day and at the time he said he would and completed the job in around three hours.

I am happy to recommend Plumbing Wise to my friends and family with no hesitation.

Plumbing Wise came to us to service the boiler beginning of Feb 2010. Peter found that the boiler was unsafe and had to shut down the gas supply. Considering that it was February and very cold we were not too happy about this … BUT the Plumbing Wise team was so flexible and prompt and were able to install a new boiler just two days later. They were on time in the morning and the work was completed early afternoon. Amazing work, fast, clean and reliable. We had to contact Plumbing Wise again in November 2010 as a pipe got diconnected from a radiator and flooded our bedroom. Peter came the next morning and the issue was fixed within 1hr. Another great job well done!!

A warm reception all round Plumbing Wise modernised my hot water and central heating when I bought a new house that needed extensive refurbishment. Not knowing the history of the system in the house, it was reassuring to have tradesmen that know their stuff and offer professional and expert advice. Where other installers had encouraged me to replace the whole system, the Plumbing Wise team made an honest safety and efficiency assesment. Instead they checked and serviced the existing system, installed new parts as required and saved me a substantial amount of money. Their excellent service and the costs saved meant I was able to swiftly refurb my new home just in time for the change in weather. Thank you Plumbing Wise!!

New boiler and some associated pipe work

Front rank job We needed a new boiler and some associated pipe work, valves and magnacleaning. We did a fair amount of research on the net and got a shortlist of two plumbing companies based on apparent professionalism, responsiveness to questions and suggestions, and price and eventually went with Plumbing Wise who did the job in early September 2010. In the event we were very pleased with the work that was done by Andy and his colleague Rob. They turned up as promised, got on with the job, left the place tidy and were a pleasure to have in the house. A minor problem did become apparent and they were round to fix it very promptly and everything has been fine since [ we're now in mid-November ]. Plumbing Wise will certainly be our first port of call for future plumbing work and we would recommend them to others.
