Plumbing Wise Limited are officially recognized by Vaillant as Advanced installers of their boilers. This recognition has been achieved by attending their training days held at their new greenfield training centre just outside Cambridge. The training sessions not only include stripping down the boilers completely and re-assembling them, but also understanding the components that make up their boilers. Furthermore, the sessions include running through the complete installation procedure that is required in order for the optimum installation to be carried out. By this we mean, ensuring everything at the quoting stage is accounted for regarding the most appropriate parts; the actual works themselves (including power flushing, magnaclean installation and condense line termination) through to full commissioning using boiler controls. This ensures that all our engineers are totally au fait with Vaillant products should it be an installation or repair. As a result, Vaillant are thoroughly confident that their products are being installed in accordance with their specifications and so are able to provide 3 and 5 year warranties for their boilers respectively.

3 and 5 Year Boiler Warranty

As an Advanced accredited installer for Vaillant, all of our EcoTec Pro boilers are supplied with a minimum free 3 years warranty. In addition, for the EcoTec Plus range of boilers, this free warranty is extended to 5 Years for total peace of mind. Only Advanced, accredited installers such as Plumbing Wise are able to offer these 3 and 5 year warranties.
