Gas Safe Registered Heating Engineers

All of our Plumbing and Heating Engineers are Gas Safe Registered and are employed directly by Plumbing Wise; they are not sub-contractors. Each Plumbing and Heating Engineer is provided with their own individual electronic PDA which provides them with up to date information on the their work schedule, as well as providing client contact details with a description of the fault and/or the extent of the work to be completed. This enables us to improve our efficiency and the maintain the high standard of service that we provide to you and all of our customers.

Furthermore, our customers can be safe in the knowledge that we are fully insured with Public Liability of up to £2 million and with Employees Liability of up to £5 million.

Pricing & Quotations

We provide timely full written quotations and invoices and accept many types of payment, ranging from cheque, cash or BACS.

For larger works, we will happily provide you with a free, no obligation estimate. Our quotations are clear and concise and cover all aspects of the works that are required.

Charging Rates

Our standard rate during working hours is £65.00 per hour (or part thereof) for the first 3 hours and £32.50 per hour thereafter.
Emergency call out, evening, weekend and bank holiday rates may vary.

Additional charges will be applied for the supply of any parts and materials necessary beyond those quoted, and any such charges will be clearly itemised on the final invoice you receive.

Additional charges may be due to cover travel time, parking and congestion charges, as applicable. Any such charges will be passed on at cost and will be fully itemised on your invoice.
